Coriander Chelation PestoRemoving Heavy Metals Recipe

Coriander contains bioactive components of flavonoids, saponins and fibers capable of absorbing and heavy metal chelating. Two teaspoons of this pesto a day for 3–4 weeks is known to remove heavy metals. Heavy metals include mercury, lead and aluminum. Coriander is an excellent blood purifier. It is best to take a spoonful of chlorella too when using coriander to support the removal of heavy metals etc. If you already have my books this recipe is on page 145 of my first edition or 139 of my second edition of From Cancer to Wellness: the forgotten secrets,

Coriander Chelation Pesto

This recipe is in bulk and can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer. 4 cloves of garlic 1/3 cup Brazil nuts 1/3 cup sunflower seeds 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds 2 cups packed fresh coriander 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil 4 tbl lemon juice 1/2 tsp fine Celtic or sea salt

• Process the coriander and olive oil in the blender. • Add garlic, nuts, seeds, salt and lemon juice. • Mix until the mixture is finely blended into a paste and ready to serve. • Store in dark glass jar if possible, in refrigerator. • This mixture freezes well.

I like to serve this recipe of a morning with poached eggs, served on corn bread with a large salad.

The salad being 80% raw to keep you alkaline.

Blessings and have a great day.
