Who said you could not have REAL raw oats. The packets that are labelled raw oats in the shops are still not raw. So I have put together a recipe that is not only raw – it tastes amazing. All it takes is a few days of soaking Oat Grouts. This recipe can also be made with rice. This recipe is part of the over 200 recipe in my soon to be release Raw Is More Recipe book. You can buy an E book copy when attending one of our events.

spicy oatmeal with coconut cream

Serves 6 – 8

3 cups oat grouts – soaked for 4-5 days

(you can also use rice in place of the oats)

1 cup sultanans

1/2 cup agave

1tbls ground cinnamon

1/2tsp Celtic salt or Himalayan

1/4 cup grated green apple per person

Oat grouts will have to be soaked for 3-4 days changing water twice daily and kept in a cool place. If you live in a hot humid climate, you may need to store in fridge during this process to avoid the oats going rancid and smelly. This might seem a long time to wait to use the oats – it is not time consuming though and the rest of the preparation is easy and fast. Just a little patients and organisation is required. I use this recipe at our retreats and as much as I have to supply meals for about 30 people, it takes very little of my time up.

Drain all the excess water off the oats after the 3-4 days and rinse well.

Now you can place the oats, sultanas, agave, cinnamon and salt into the food processor and mix well until smooth like cooked oatmeal texture.

Final step – transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in the remaining raisins and apple.

I like to serve this up with a dash of coconut oil and coconut cream and some fresh fruit – banana, kiwi fruit and berries go well with this.

Serving sizes are about equivalent to about 3/4 cup each. This dish is very filling.

If have a masticating juicer with the blank attachment, process oats (minus liquid) before placing in the food processor for a smooth mixture (or you can use a Kitchen Aid mixer). Then add all other ingredients.

Enjoy!

Books on beating cancer giving step by step directons are rare. I was once again searching the internet for any books similar to mine and found that even though there is a great deal about personal stories on cancer or curing cancer with nutrition, there is still not much on detail of actually how to beat cancer or chronic disease. Mine seems to stand alone at this point in time. This might be fear of judgement by the big ‘Powers that be’. What ever the reason – I am so pleased I have helped so many people with my step by step handbook. The responses over the last year or so has been wonderful. I am aware that not everyone is gong to survive this journey – sometimes it is just about experiencing life to a certain time and that is it. We who are left behind always feel that deep loss. Nothing we can do about this and if you do beleive in Karma as I do, then a greater understanding is open to you. Have and safe and loving Christmas. May 2012 bring much prosperity and joy to all. Love and Light Kris

I decided to skip the mains for today – will follow up on that within the next couple of day. I thought you might like the Raw Chrismas Pudding and Raw Custard Recipes. These can be made using a dehydrator or the oven on a low heat with the oven door slightly open to keep out moisture. Oven needs to be set at 45C no higher – any higher than you will be cooking them. This way you are just taking out the moisture and leaving in all the live vitamins and minerals. they do taste amazing. Also Watch Gold Coast News over the next couple of days….?????

Raw Christmas Pudding
Ingredients

1-cup desiccated coconut, 2 cups almond pulp, 1-cup raisins, 1-cup sultanas 1/2 cup currents, 8 chopped pitted date, 1 small grated apple, 1/2 cup cherries pitted and cut into half, Juice of one orange and zest, 1/2 tsp lemon zest 1 tsp mixed spice 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Makes 8-10

Method

Place all ingredients in a food processors or a stand mixer and combine.

Line pudding moulds with plastic cling wrap and press ingredients into individual portions

Turn out on mesh dehydrator trays and dehydrate for about 6-7 hours.
If you do not have a dehydrator place each portion on a baking tray and set oven on warm (around 45C). This will also dehydrate the puddings without cooking them. Make sure you keep the oven door open a little so to let out any moisture.
Ground Almonds can be used in place of pulp.
Pulp is the remains of making almond milk. It is important to have soaked almonds first.

If you would like a copy of the full christmas recipe book – subscribe to my newsletter and I will be happy to send you the whole menu and the raw custard sauce recipe

Pizza Base Ingredients

1 cups buckwheat soaked, 1 cup sunflower seeds soaked, 1/4 fresh carrot juice, 1 cup carrot pulp, 1/2 avocado, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1 tbls fresh basil, 1 tbls + 2 tsp Italian seasoning, 2tbls tomato paste, 1/4 tsp celtic salt, 2 medium tomatoes, 3 tbls ground flax seeds, 1 tbls lemon juice

Method

In the bowl of a food processor fitted with an S blade, combine all ingredients. Scrape down the sides of the bowl until you achieve a creamy texture.

Drop mixture onto a non-stick dehydrator, sheet in 4 cm circles and 1/2cm thick. I measure a tablespoon for each.

Dehydrate for one hour on high or until the tops of the pizza are dry and you are able to turn them upside down on another
dehydrator tray and peel off the non-stick sheet.

Reduce temperature to medium; dehydrate for about another 6-8 hours.
If you happen to have a Kitchen Aid or Masticating juicer with the meat grinder attachment, process buckwheat and sunflower (minus liquid) before placing in the food processor for a smooth mixture. Then add all the olive oil other liquids as necessary to create a sticky
batter.
Be sure to rinse buckwheat several times before soaking due to its bitter flavour.
Soak buckwheat and sunflower seeds for a minimum of 12 hours. You can also sprout both if you prefer – this will give you more pizzas, you will however need to add a little more liquid if you do this. Makes 38-40 pizzas.

Topping Ingredients & Method

2 large Avocados mashed with a little lemon, Sprouted Beetroot Hommus, 1 1/2 cups of sprouted chick peas, 1/4 cup tahini, 1/4 cup cold pressed olive oil, 1 cup lemon juice, 3 cloves crushed garlic, 1 tsp celtic or sea salt, 1 tsp of paprika, 2 tbls finely chopped parsley for decoration and taste ,(Extra olive oil for serving), 3-4 cooked baby beets.

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth adding a little water if necessary.

Nut cheese

1 cup macadamia washed and soaked for 1 hour, 1/2 cup almonds, scorched in filtered hot water to remove brown shell, soak overnight, 1/4 tsp
celtic salt, 1 1/2tsp lemon juice, 1tbls nutritional yeast, 1/4 cup water or more depending on texture and smoothness preferred – to make a thicker
cheese use less water.

Process in a food processor until smooth and fluffy

To serve: Place avocado on each pizza top with hummus and crumble nut cheese on each.

Alternative ideas: If you do not want to make the bases; which I highly recommend you do, try using Essene bread cut into circular shapes or
you can also use mushrooms and stuff them with the ingredients. Can chick peas can also be used if you are short of time.

I cannot beleive the year is nearly at an end. Many goals still to be met for many and the year has just flown by like a blink of an eye.

It has certainly been a year of challenges for many. Over the past twelve to eighteen months, I have seen so many people become well using the protocols in my book and the coaching and support I have been able to give freely. I have also witnessed some very sad situations because of fear and lack of empowerment leading to the use of chemicals and invasive treatments that have led to loss of life. Because of my personal encounters with so many amazing people and because of the fear instilled in so many I now find it necessary to increase my support on a worldwide platform and have decided to give opportunities for everyone to have 11 coaching sessions with me for the price of 10 with another further 50% off.
All you will have to do is buy a book to receive the discounted sessions. Even if you have a book – buy one to give away. Everyone needs the information that is in my book – prevention is certainly better than a cancer diagnoses. You will also receive some gifts and ongoing online support throughout 2012. You do not need to have cancer to take up this offer. This is about prevention of cancer. The protocols in my book help those suffering from obesity, diabetes, heart problems, Candida, ms, to name but a few.

I met with a beautiful women yesterday who is suffering from cancer. She has had both breasts removed, lymph nodes removed chemo, and radiation. She also has been to Mexico and about to go again today at a cost of around $16,000 per visit. I was shocked to say the least when she shared with me the fact that they do not do a proper dietary program – things like keeping the body alkaline and making sure ones protein levels are balanced etc.

She has gone backwards recently although still looks healthy – so she must be doing something right. I adviced to follow the books protocols to a T. She was able to tell me that in Mexico they are very obliging and will do that for her. I know in my heart this beautiful lady is going to make it. She has true spirit. My message is that if you do not have a proper balanced plan – failure and recurrance of illness is inevitable. This is exactly why I wrote my book.
