Last time I talked about the dangers of sugar.
Today I will discuss the importance of your body needing to be alkaline in order for it to stay disease free.
When using the alkalinity protocols that are outlined in my book ‘From Cancer to Wellness’; you body will have the abliltiy to balance. When your body is acidic is opens itself up to diseases such as cancer, diabetes, heart disease, MS, arthritis to name but a few.
The other problem most of society have is that many feel that nothing terrible like ill health is ever going to happen to the them, so we go off to the local cafe and eat all sort of rubbish, we eat to much cooked food even at home.
I have had many people say to me – ‘I eat lots of fruit and vegetables and cannot work out why I got sick’ when I investigate their diets I always find that there has been very little raw food added to their daily intake. They may also work in stressfull situations – this will add to the acidity of the body. Many consume coffee, black teas and the occasional bisucits, cakes, too much bread etc.
To be healthy – one needs a minimum of 60% raw. When ridding the body of cancer and other diseases, then 80% raw is the only way.
Even though I have been cancer free now for 6 years, I still eat a diet of 80% raw – 90% of the time.
If you think it is too difficult to maintain a healthy mostly raw diet – let me tell you this – it is more difficult to put up with ill health.

I have decided that I need to keep impressing on everyone about the importance of staying off sugar. Especially when you have cancer.
We seem to think it is OK to consume this poison – even in small doses. I am here to tell you it is not.
In chapter one of my book ‘From Cancer to Wellness’ I detail the effect of sugar on the body and I give you many alternatives that are not full of chemicals and come from safe plants etc.
My moto is to ‘Remove sugar from your diet PERMANENTELY’.
If you want to beat cancer this is a must.
If you wish to lose weight – it is a must. Sugar is very addictive, for so many. When trying to lose weight by low fat and high sugar diets – you will most likely fail.
Sugar in you diet – no matter if you are going to a diet clinic or just on your own dietary regime, you will most likey not stick to the diet because your body will crave food and sugary things which in turn will have a ‘MUST EAT’ at all costs going on with the chemistry of the brain.
Sugar raises insulin levels, is a high Glycemic Index (GI) carbohydrate and causes diabetes, obesity, and most degenerative diseases. Sugar creates fermentation in the stomach, upsets the alkaline balance of the body and the bacteria levels in the gut. Sugar plays havoc with the immune system, leaches out B Vitamins and causes irritability and anxiety. So please take care of yourself and stay away from this poison.
