There are very few people who when first diagnosed with cancer – especially those who are told they are going to die, beleives they have the ability to overcome their diagnoses. If I had believed what the oncologist had said to me, I would not be here today. Most people live in constant fear and this is why they put their body through chemo and radiation and are unable to even research the dangers and percentages of success these methods have. Beleive me when I say I saw a report shown to me by one of my associates a couple of months ago, given to her by a surgeon when she told him she was planning to use my protocols. On the report it read that if she took on chemo and radiation having breast cancer she would only have a 3% chance of survival. I even was shocked at this – I did beleive until then at least there was a 30% survivial rate. anyway enough of the negativity – this is not my way. I like to concentrate only on wellness and our own abilities if we beleive and have Faith – one of the most important steps to take if having Faith. Without this how can we possibly beleive in what we undertake to get well. We are destined to fail if there is a lack of Faith.
Many years ago when I first met my husband Wayne, I was privelidged to become part of the Round House Meditation Centre he then owned in the Springbook Mountains. This centre was filled with books, books, books, mostly on spirutual enlightenment, self help both nutritionally and empowerment etc.
One little book that just happen to fall off the book self in front of me to the floor -(this used to happen often I might add when the universe was trying to give me a message or two), was a little handbook written by James Allen and first published in 1902 was ‘As A Man Thinketh’. James Allen must have been way ahead of his time – he also wrote “From Poverty to Power”. You can now download free copies of thie timeless classic off the internet – just google ‘As A Man Thinketh’ and it is in PDF Form.
James Allen says in his little book ‘ “As a man thinketh in his heart so is he,” not only embraces the whole of a man is being, but is so comprehensive as to reach out to every condition and circumstance of his life. A man is literally what he thinks, his character being the complete sum of all his thoughts”
What James Allen was saying is that if you think you are going to not survive – you will not.
To change mind sets, I realise is not always easy – you could have the atititude, that because I am not a doctor and have not attended universtiy then ‘what would I know The university of life is my answer to this – my experience together with my failures and successes makes me informed on the subject of healing the body.
If you are living in fear then, your body will show you it is unwell. If you take charge, by doing things that will help you connect to the source of all there is – then you will suceed.
This might be through taking on meditation, affirmations and reading books that help support your intentions – your intentions be it, being healthy again or just staying healthy will only come about by you beleiving so.
The primary and most precious commodity of most people is their health. Being abundant in all areas of life if acheived in my opinion by having Faith. Having hope is one thing. That is outside yourself hoping someone else will wave a magic wand and make it all better. It is up to you to make it all better. All is Well!
