I cannot beleive the year is nearly at an end.  Many goals still to be met for many and the year has just flown by like a blink of an eye.

It has certainly been a year of challenges for many.  Over the past twelve to eighteen months, I have seen so many people become well using the protocols in my book and the coaching and support I have been able to give freely.  I have also witnessed some very sad situations because of fear and lack of empowerment leading to the use of chemicals and invasive treatments that have led to loss of life.  Because of my personal encounters with so many amazing people and because of the fear instilled in so many I now find it necessary to increase my support on a worldwide platform and have decided to give opportunities for everyone to have 11 coaching sessions with me for the price of 10 with another further 50% off.

I met with a beautiful women yesterday who is suffering from cancer.  She has had both breasts removed, lymph nodes removed chemo, and radiation.  She also has been to Mexico and about to go again today at a cost of around $16,000 per visit.  I was shocked to say the least when she shared with me the fact that they do not do a proper dietary program – things like keeping the body alkaline and making sure ones protein levels are balanced etc.

She has gone backwards recently although still looks healthy – so she must be doing something right.  I adviced to follow the books protocols to a T. She was able to tell me that in Mexico they are very obliging and will do that for her.  I know in my heart this beautiful lady is going to make it.  She has true spirit. My message is that if you do not have a proper balanced plan – failure and recurrance of illness is inevitable.  This is exactly why I wrote my book.

Cancer free tip 3

Are you Acid or Alkaline?. This is the heading of one of the chapters in my book.
Those who have my book already know what this means and entails.
One thing I do want to point out to everyone that is following the protocols in the books is this.
When doing a detoxification program – your pH levels may not read how you would like it to. Please do not worry about this. Keep up the protocols in the book – you levels will eventually settle to read around 7.4 – So do not worry.
For thos of you who do not know about the importance of having an alkaline body then I will quote from my book.

“The food and drink we consume is either alkaline or acid-forming.
The more acid our body, the more susceptible we are to disease and ill health.
An acidic body does not absorb vitamins, minerals and other nutrients and reduces our ability to repair cells. Cancer thrives in an acidic body. On the other hand, an alkaline body heals and repairs cells and absorbs nutrition. Cancer also hates oxygen, and if the body is alkaline, the body is more oxygenated therefore, cancer cells cannot survive.
Not only do the foods and liquids we eat and drink determine pH levels, so do stress and pollution.
So what foods should you eat to stay alkaline? Most raw fruits and vegetables metabolize in the body, leaving an alkaline residue. If we eat 80% raw and 20% cooked food, drink plenty of alkaline water, and reduce stress, you will remain alkaline.
It is, commonly believed that this percentage can be changed to 60% raw and 40% cooked. However, it is best to keep with the 80-20 ratio to be and remain cancer free. Once you have been restored to good health, it is acceptable to adopt the 60-40 regime, but only on occasions.
The juice of half a lemon in a glass of water three times a day will also help the body to become alkaline (see Program for Life in my book). Drinking lemon juice first thing in the morning with warm (not hot) water opens all the little capillaries in the digestive system in readiness to absorb nutrition. Limes are as good as lemons.
Super foods, such as green barley, wheat grass, maca, and bee pollen are alkaline-forming in the body and so help reduce acidity. Lactates found in cultured foods such as yoghurt, sauerkraut, Brie and Camembert cheeses, also reduce acidity.
The body must have a pH reading between 7.35- 7.45 in order to be alkaline. This is a safe range for healing. Too much acidity kills. Too much alkalinity (over 8.1) may cause health problems; remaining too alkaline for a long period can kill too. It is important to your health to keep a balance.”

If you wish to test your alkalinity, you will need to purchase the correct litmus paper from your pharmacy. Get the one for saliva. Then in the monring first up before you eat or drink anything break off a bit of paper, remembering to not touch with your fingers the bit you will pop in your mouth – then wait 30 seconds and then take your reading.
